Can t Get Pregnant

You may be doing all you can, trying all the ways to become pregnant you read about, but you still do not get the result you want, a beautiful baby to hold in your arms. After many attempts, it’s only natural to ask yourself why you can t get pregnant.

Here are a few things that are known to prevent you from becoming pregnant. Try changing your lifestyle a little, if you can t get pregnant:

Can t Get Pregnant #1.

Smoking and drinking alcohol. If you smoke or you drink on a regular basis and you want to get pregnant, you need to stop for a while to give your body the best chance of conceiving a healthy child.  Smoking and drinking has been shown to dramatically reduce your chances of getting pregnant.

Can t Get Pregnant #2.

You are what you eat!  Change your diet – if you are not eating nutritious foods, plenty of fruit and vegetables, minerals and also drinking water, to flush the toxins out of the body, you are again, reducing the chances of conception.

Can t Get Pregnant #3.

If your boyfriend or husband has a low sperm count, there are many things he can do to increase his sperm count – get him checked out and/or consult your doctor about what your guy should be eating and drinking to help promote healthy sperm.

If you’re looking for ways to become pregnant you must also get to know your own body and reproductive cycle. You need to know when you are ovulating, releasing the egg into the fallopian tube – this is the optimum time for getting pregnant.

When you have sex, make sure your partner keeps his penis inside you after he releases his sperm and not withdraw straight away.  This gives the sperm a better chance to enter and mate with the egg. Most advise the man on top position.
